At Spark Commons, we believe that the strength of our community comes from the diversity of our members. One such powerhouse is Chrysztyna Rowek, a transformational coach, business consultant, and fractional leader who brings both experience and energy to our coworking space. With a career spanning property management, emotional intelligence coaching, and business consulting, Chrysztyna’s work is a testament to the power of reinvention and personal growth.

In our member interview series, Maureen, our co-owner interviews Chrysztyna to get to the heart of what she does and why she makes Spark Commons her workplace home base.

Helping Individuals and Businesses Thrive

Chrysztyna is a men’s transformation coach, an executive business consultant, and a fractional leader for companies looking to create emotionally intelligent workplaces. Her journey to this work wasn’t linear—it was driven by experience, deep self-reflection, and a commitment to helping others.
“Mostly, what I love about all the things that I do is that I help individuals or businesses become better—better in the ways that they find important, not necessarily what anybody else has told them is important.”
Let's dive into what Chrysztyna has to offer:

Men’s Transformation Coaching

One of Chrysztyna’s most profound areas of work is her men’s transformation coaching, where she helps men unravel deeply rooted emotional challenges. She specializes in anger management—not in the traditional sense, but in addressing the root cause of anger, which she describes as a secondary emotion stemming from shame, fear, or grief.

As a passionate advocate for the misunderstood, she shared that “people who have anger, especially in business, often get sent to anger management multiple times because those programs don’t address the root cause. Anger is just a symptom. If we don’t work on the originating emotions, we’re just treating a sore throat when the real issue is the flu.”

Her approach involves somatic work, inner child healing, and emotional regulation to help men move past reactive states and into a more empowered way of living.

Executive Business Consulting

With her deep expertise in property management and corporate leadership, Chrysztyna also works as an executive business consultant, helping leaders navigate fear, emotional regulation, and stress in high-pressure industries. She understands the complexities of running a business and the emotional toll it can take on entrepreneurs.

Chrysztyna elaborated by saying, “being a business owner is very scary—especially if you’re living off your business. It’s easy to operate from a place of fear because your livelihood is at stake. I help people understand the ‘why’ behind their reactions so they can move from fear to clarity.”

Her unique perspective allows her to guide business owners and executives in balancing operational efficiency with emotional intelligence, creating more sustainable and resilient workplaces.

Fractional Leadership & Emotional Intelligence in Business

Chrysztyna also provides fractional leadership, stepping into businesses—especially within property management and real estate-adjacent industries—to help companies improve their processes, culture, and overall effectiveness. But her work doesn’t stop at operations; she integrates emotional intelligence training to ensure teams function at their highest potential.

In our conversations she shared that, "the property management industry is incredibly reactive. I don’t just help businesses streamline their processes—I help leaders and employees build emotional and nervous system regulation so they can handle challenges without defaulting to fear or anger.”

By addressing both business strategy and emotional wellness, she provides a holistic approach to leadership that is rarely found in traditional consulting.

What Spark Commons Gives Back to Chrysztyna

While Chrysztyna brings immense energy and expertise to Spark Commons, the community here also gives back to her in meaningful ways. For her, coworking is not just about having a place to work—it’s about connection, inspiration, and a sense of belonging.

“I ended up at Spark because Maureen is a ridiculous badass of a human being, and any way I can support what she does, I will. But beyond that, I love people. I am an extroverted extrovert, and working remotely at home was hard. I wanted to be around energy, around a mix of different people.”

Spark Commons offers her a space where she can feed her need for human connection, engage in inspiring conversations, and be surrounded by a diverse community of thinkers, doers, and creators.

“There are so many different types of people here—artists, coders, web developers, city employees, ballet professionals, even a private investigator! I love that every day is a chance to make new connections and learn from people with completely different perspectives.”

For someone whose work is rooted in understanding human nature and fostering emotional intelligence, Spark Commons provides the perfect ecosystem for growth, learning, and shared experience. She thrives in the openness of the space, embracing the variety of people and industries that come together under one roof.

“I chose my seat near the entrance for a reason—I love welcoming people. I want to be the first smiling face they see, the safe space they come to when they need a friendly conversation. That’s what gets me up in the morning. After an interaction with me, I want people to feel 5% more safe.”

A Vital Part of the Spark Commons Community

At Spark Commons, we’re lucky to have Chrysztyna bringing her insight, energy, and generosity to our space. Whether she’s helping businesses untangle their emotional landscapes or simply being the first smiling face you see when you arrive, she makes Spark Commons a richer place to work and connect.
