Are you an entrepreneur, freelancer, or remote worker looking to be part of a warm, welcoming, and helpful professional community? Do you love meeting new people and solving new problems? Would you trade eight hours a week for unlimited access to Kitsap’s first coworking space, meeting rooms and professional community?

If you can answer these questions with an emphatic "YES!" then this  ambassadorship is for you!

What does a Spark Ambassador do?

​A Spark Ambassador is someone who welcomes our members and guests as they arrive, makes them feel at home, and goes above and beyond to make sure that members and guests have everything they need to have a phenomenal experience each and every time they set foot in the door.

• Welcome every member and guest with warmth and enthusiasm!
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries
• Manage, book and prep meeting rooms
• Give tours to potential members and guests
• Explain membership and help new members get their membership up and running
• Make it sparkle: keep our space clean and tidy
• Help organize and participate in community events
• Provide basic office tech support (printers, copier, AV equipment, etc.)
• Keep office supplies stocked and ready to go

Who makes a successful Spark Ambassador?

The most successful ambassadors at Spark Commons are warm, helpful, kind, and customer service oriented. They have a flexible day that allows them to carve our one day a week where they don't have many calls and can give our members and guests the attention they need. They are invested in the success of those around them and desire to be a meaningful part of a business and personal community. 

You are the glue that holds Spark Commons together!

What's the commitment?

A six-month commitment of a full day each week. Be available to speak with people and help them get what they need on your specific day from 8-5p. You're also welcome to work with other ambassadors through our Ambassador Slack channel.  

Please only apply if this is something you can truly commit to. Our team will be relying on you to help keep the wheels of magic moving.
